One thing every homebuyer should keep in mind when searching for a home: Home buyers should always want to prioritize their wants & needs. Additionally, they would want to ask themselves the question: "If our circumstances change and we need to sell this home, what appeal would it have to the next buyer?"

I love selling real estate because the excitement of buying a home is very contagious and I get to be a part of that excitement.
