One thing every homebuyer should keep in mind when searching for a home: Home buyers should always want to prioritize their wants & needs. Additionally, they would want to ask themselves the question: "If our circumstances change and we need to sell this home, what appeal would it have to the next buyer?"

I love selling real estate because the excitement of buying a home is very contagious and I get to be a part of that excitement. It can also be very stressful therefore, I work hard to alleviate as much of the stress as possible. The reward is a happy client who knows you have worked hard for them. Adding your personal touch to the property you choose is on e of the most enjoyable aspects of making the house you purchase into your home.

Your favorite charity in frgo moorhead is and why?: Hospice…because I have had several friends and family use their services in recent years and they were very comforted during a very difficult time.
I still remember the wonderful sense of pride I felt when I bought my first home many years ago in Quincy, Illinois. I think that feeling is one of the reasons that I decided to make a career change 6 years ago and enter the real estate profession. Being able to help my clients fulfill their dream of home ownership has been a privilege and a pleasure and I send out a big THANK YOU to each of them who have shared their lives with me as we have searched for that perfect property.

Your favorite charity in Hawley MN is and why?: REACH (Rural Enrichment and Counseling Headquarters) located in Hawley. It feels good to give to this charity because of the work that they do for folks in the rural areas between FM and Lakes. Nobody can say that real estate is a boring profession. Like a roller coaster, the highs are very high and the lows can be quite low. Everyday is different and I love it.
